Studio One Pilates is a fully-equipped STOTT PILATES™ licensed facility and private Studio using the latest STOTT PILATES progressive equipment and the new V-2 Max Plus reformers

Studio One Pilates opened in 1999 as a private studio and became a Licensed Training Center in 2000. The studio expansion has taken place in December of 2008 to expand into 4000 sq sf downstairs with a separate Rehabilitation facility and a 1500 sq ft space in the upstairs loft for private  clients and classroom space for certification instruction. Private clients have always been a priority at Studio One Pilates and appointments are taken from 5:30am- 8pm, Monday through Thursday and 5:30am-3:00 pm on Friday.

STOTT PILATES™ is recognized by the American Association of Physical Therapists and the American Council on Exercise.
